I worked at Woolworths before Talk Scoop. 

At Talk Scoop, I have been in multiple roles. Firstly I was booking appointments as a lead generator. Second, was growing a team as a team leader. Third, was doing sales as a direct lead. My record week is $3,820. 

Right now, at Talk Scoop, I'm continuing to develop my leadership and sales skills. I am responsible for a large team and my own personal daily performance. This place has and continues to improve my sales foundation. From body language, to how to use your voice, to the right words to use. 

The attitude training is what I’ve cherished the most at Talk Scoop and it continues to have a profound effect on my development.
